Don’t you think it’s a bit arrogant to be praying for the Pope? To Catholics, I imagine it would be a little like praying for God.

I’m neither Christian nor Catholic, but I’ve observed that on life- and death-issues the Pope has been the only one who has been consistently for life regardless of the circumstance.

However, his track record for those already born and molested by priests, gays seeking to participate in all the rites and sacraments of the Church, or women aspiring to be church leaders, i.e., priests, etc.: NOT SO GOOD!
