The Blame Game

It seems to me that the people who don't want to play the Blame Game are usually the ones being blamed. By the way, it's not a game. Though senior Bush officials have said that the State of Louisiana did not ask for assistance until Wednesday, September 31, the truth is that they did so on August 28.
